Information on this website describes services, programs and limited promotional opportunities that may be available only after InforHobby confirms the applicable scope, compatibility, capacity, access, timing and relevant third-party costs.

No automatic client or program relationship

Submitting an inquiry, challenge application, career-interest form or partner form does not by itself create a client relationship, guarantee acceptance, create an award, guarantee selection, or create a commitment to deliver services or funding.

AI Sales App challenge

The limited free AI Sales App build is offered only to selected businesses and only for the scope InforHobby agrees to provide as part of the challenge. The offer does not guarantee leads, sales, revenue, conversion improvement or any other business outcome.

Career Skills opportunities

Career Skills information and interest-list participation do not guarantee an award, course seat, certification, employment, income or another outcome. No purchase or general-support payment is required to join the interest list or be considered for a future opportunity. InforHobby does not describe the program as a charity or promise tax-deductible contributions.

Founding Backer payments

InforHobby is a for-profit business. A Founding Backer payment is a voluntary payment intended to help support InforHobby's growth and operations as described on the campaign page. It is not an investment or loan and does not provide equity, ownership, repayment, interest, revenue share, profit share or another financial return. It is not represented as a tax-deductible charitable contribution. Unless a separate written offer expressly says otherwise, a Founding Backer payment does not purchase a technology service or other deliverable.

InforHobby reserves 10% of net qualifying Founding Backer receipts for the Career Opportunity Program. For this purpose, net qualifying receipts means payment amounts actually received after payment-processing fees, refunds and chargebacks.

Career Sponsor payments

Career Sponsor payments are separate from Founding Backer payments. Net Career Sponsor receipts are reserved for Career Opportunity Program purposes after payment-processing fees, refunds and chargebacks. Program purposes may include approved career-development costs, resources, awards and reasonable program administration. A Career Sponsor payment does not guarantee that a specific person will receive an award unless a separate written sponsorship arrangement expressly says so. Career Sponsor payments are not investments and are not represented as tax-deductible charitable contributions.

Recognition and public activity

Public recognition is optional. A supporter may choose a name or business label for review, choose anonymous recognition, or choose not to be listed. InforHobby may delay, edit for formatting, decline or remove a public recognition label when reasonably necessary to prevent impersonation, abuse, misleading claims or inappropriate content. Aggregate campaign totals may include valid payments regardless of whether the payer is publicly identified.

Payment corrections and refunds

If you believe a payment was made in error, contact info@inforhobby.com promptly. Refunds or corrections, if any, are handled case by case subject to applicable law, payment-provider rules and the circumstances of the transaction. Public campaign totals are adjusted for refunds and disputes when the related payment events are received.

Third-party services

Domains, hosting, software subscriptions, messaging, phone usage, AI usage, payment providers, training providers and other third-party costs or services are separate unless a written scope or program description specifically says otherwise.

No guaranteed business result

InforHobby may build, configure, test, document or support an agreed technical system. Leads, sales, revenue, search rankings, inbox placement, third-party uptime and other business outcomes depend on factors outside a technical implementation and are not guaranteed.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, lawful content, properly authorized access, and permission to use assets, accounts, customer data and systems supplied for a project.

Project-specific terms

Paid work should be governed by the specific proposal, marketplace order, statement of work, or service agreement accepted for that project. If a project-specific agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the project-specific agreement controls for that project.
