Website information
Information on this website describes services that may be available after InforHobby confirms the requested scope, compatibility, capacity, access, timing, and relevant third-party costs.
No automatic client relationship
Submitting an inquiry does not by itself create a client relationship, authorize production changes, guarantee acceptance of a project, or create a commitment to deliver services.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, software subscriptions, messaging, phone usage, AI usage, payment providers, and other third-party costs are separate unless a written project scope specifically says otherwise.
No guaranteed business result
InforHobby may build, configure, test, document, or support an agreed technical system. Leads, sales, revenue, search rankings, inbox placement, third-party uptime, and other business outcomes depend on factors outside a technical implementation and are not guaranteed.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, lawful content, properly authorized access, and permission to use assets, accounts, customer data, and systems supplied for a project.
Project-specific terms
Paid work should be governed by the specific proposal, marketplace order, statement of work, or service agreement accepted for that project. If a project-specific agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the project-specific agreement controls for that project.
