Can you fix any website problem? Open answer
We fix common minor website issues, including broken links, forms, layout problems, and basic errors. Complex coding, security issues, server repairs, and major redesigns require a separate quote. Message us before ordering if unsure.
What happens if the issue is more complicated than expected? Open answer
We'll explain our findings and discuss your options with InforHobby before performing additional work. Anything outside the purchased package requires a separate agreement. We won't charge for extra work without your approval.
What is included in the $99 Starter package? Open answer
The Starter package includes diagnosis of one reported website issue and a written explanation of our findings and recommended next steps. It does not include implementation or repair.
Do I need to provide website access? Open answer
We may need temporary, authorized access depending on the issue and package. Please do not send passwords with InforHobby messages. We'll discuss an appropriate secure access method after the project begins. A backup may be required before changes.
How is completion tested, and what do revisions cover? Open answer
We test the scoped issue and deliver findings or change notes. Not every repair is guaranteed. Revisions use the displayed allowance: one consolidated correction round within scope, excluding new pages, functionality, integrations or redesigns.
