Make.com Workflow Automation

STILL COPYING INFORMATION BETWEEN APPS OR REPEATING THE SAME TASKS BY HAND?

A website form receives a lead. Someone copies the details into another system. Then an email needs to be sent and a follow-up task created.

These repetitive steps take time and create opportunities for missed or inconsistent information.

InforHobby helps businesses diagnose or build simple Make.com workflows that connect compatible applications and reduce repetitive manual steps.

  • Basic automation troubleshooting
  • Form-to-app workflows
  • Supported CRM or spreadsheet connections
  • Simple automated notifications
  • Basic trigger-and-action configuration
  • Limited routing and workflow documentation

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Tell us which apps you want to connect.
  2. Describe what should trigger the workflow and what should happen next.
  3. We verify supported connectors, available plans, and authorized access.
  4. We perform the agreed diagnosis or configuration.
  5. We test the defined workflow where feasible and document limitations.

IMPORTANT

Make.com subscriptions, third-party app charges, custom API development, enterprise systems, unsupported connectors, and continuous monitoring are excluded.

Not every application can connect directly. Feasibility, permissions, and plan limits must be confirmed before implementation.

Revisions apply only to corrections within the original agreed scenario. Additional apps, routes, workflows, or new functionality require separate scope.

The gallery contains illustrative Make.com workflow examples, not verified client deployments or guaranteed automation results.

Questions about this service

What is included in each Make.com package? Open answer

Starter diagnoses one simple existing scenario. Standard builds one trigger/action between two supported apps. Advanced adds limited agreed routing, testing and handoff. This is not unlimited automation, custom API engineering or ongoing monitoring.

Are subscriptions, app connections and API access included? Open answer

No. Use client-owned Make/app plans and authorized connections. Identify apps, trigger/action, volume and synthetic sample fields first. Connector availability, permissions, API limits and plan features must support the agreed workflow.

What happens if a connector or app is unsupported? Open answer

We review compatibility and agree scope before implementation. Extra apps, custom APIs, enterprise work or paid upgrades are excluded. A different solution or larger workflow needs separate agreement with InforHobby; no upgrade is bought automatically.

What do revisions cover? Open answer

One consolidated correction round within the original scenario scope and displayed allowance. Diagnosis-only revisions clarify findings, not repairs. New apps, routes, integrations, automations or buyer requirements need separate agreement.

How is the workflow tested and handed over? Open answer

Run authorized synthetic events, inspect outputs and errors, and document limits and rollback. Gallery interfaces are illustrative, not production proof. No customer deployment, business result or continuous support is promised.
